Almost all of my games sadly. That's what I get for being a J-RPG freak, getting stuck on puzzles or bosses constantly, giving up, then repeating the process on another game, and another and another, until I go through all of them, go back to the first one I gave up on, only to realize how simple the solution is, slap myself, and play until I get stuck again and the cycle repeats.

Sonic 3's Carnival Zone ... I never knew until almost 8 years later how to go down the bouncy cylinders. There was one spot where you had to get past one, and I never could. Now that I know how to, I'm pretty sure I could beat it without having to use the level select cheat.
dood i had the same problem o.o

I did once too, but then I found out that you had to go up and down ou the D-Pad when you jump on those spinning cylinders.

im a j-rpg freak too but that doesnt stop me from beating other games like biohazard 4 (re4) or devil may cry almost all of my other games are fighting, j-rpg (which shouldnt have the j in it cuz it was here first but the rpgs here should be a-rpg) strategy rpg, and classic games such as rockman and metroid. i dont really play the fighting anymore since i have mugen and acs.

to be honest i did exactly the same thing... i would always jump to make them go up and down but i never could do it that way so i got pissed off and paused for a while and i eventually thought to press up and down on the d pad to make them move.
also have alot of japanese games on my emulators and cant get past them cause i dont understand japanese.

Zelda II undoubtedly. I still don't believe I can beat it, but hell, after beating IWBTG I feel ready to take on anything no matter how badly I know I'll lose.
I've got a massive list of older games I need to return to and try again... Ocarina of Time, A Link to the Past, and Oracle of Ages all have me stuck in some dungeon or another, I don't remember how I managed to get lost in Golden Sun: The Lost Age, and I guess I just somehow lost interest in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and FFVII (Lost to Sephy and have just been too lazy to breed chocobos in order to get the Knights of the Round summon).

you dont need the knight of round summon just go get ultima weapon and whatever other partymembers you use ultimate weapons and then have a good materia list equipped and level up a bit.

Zelda II - The Adventures of Link

o______o the only Zelda game I haven't beaten. I have it on my Wii I bought on virtual console, I just gotta go back and give it another go, I think...

It's "Zelda 2 - The Adventure of Link," not "The adventures of Link"

That's pretty nit-picky sir, just like someone could point out you using 2 instead of II (I'm pretty sure it used II)

Anyway, I think mine would be Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time. Dunno if I could beat it, but I'd try :3

(Or if PS1 counts, Final Fantasy Tactics.)

Whattt.

Turtles in Time is like the easiest game ever dude.

I'd try and beat Joe and Mac without continuing. That stuffs hard man.

Isn't that on the VC? neutral

Anyways, I wish I could play TLOZ: Majora's Mask again. I rented it once but my brother hogged the N64 most of the time, and the last time I played it was a long enough time ago to be little enough to be clueless where to go. We never ended up buying it because you needed an expansion pack (which was a pain in the a** to take out of the N64). VC Nintendo pleeeeeeaaase?
A game I would go back and play would be Nintendo 64's Banjo Kazooie. I thought that Nintendo 64's Banjo Kazooie and Mario 64 were the BEST games ever. There was also this ame for the Super Nintndo about this cat in Egypt that needed help finding his brothers and you had to go through these puzzle level things. I ould kill to find that game again. Can't remember what it's caled... Help please? I'll give you something, I promise. -akward smile-
