See, Emerald has a deviation from a standard set, it's less prone to Taunt.

@Jomei: Most Walls are Scizor bait. Scizor should never have gotten Super Power. It's not balanced in the slightest if the player has a switch in for Fire moves.

That, Bullet Punch, and Bug Bite/Aerial Ace is pretty good coverage.

Zapdos, Gyarados, and Heatran (unless they predict the switch-in) all wall Scizor pretty well. And walls that can burn Scizor, like Dusknoir, do decently as well.

Besides, the problem with Umbreon is not its weakness to Superpower. It's 1) that it can't do anything to Scizor at all so it allows it to set up or 2) that it's weak to Scizor's Bug STABs, so it also allows Scizor a free CB U-Turn if it's that type of set.
