Figure out what role Umbreon will play, and then fill in other Pokes for the other roles you'll need. Also, test teams out on Shoddy before you actually spend the time breeding stuff.

ML, Toxic-Staller: Obvious moveset

Curse: Curse, Wish, Protect, Payback

I prefer custom movesets myself.

Try mixing Curse with Sucker Punch or Quick Attack.

Try it out on a Sunny Day team with Moonlight, it's pretty fierce.

It can always Helping Hand in Doubles, and is defensive enough to take a few hits.

Mean Look Trappasser is a pretty fun set, though Taunt shuts it down. Mean Look, Taunt/Wish/whatever, Yawn, Baton Pass. It's kinda gimmicky, but it gives you a free setup if you pull it off. 3nodding

Umbreon is Scizor bait these days.

See, Emerald has a deviation from a standard set, it's less prone to Taunt.

@Jomei: Most Walls are Scizor bait. Scizor should never have gotten Super Power. It's not balanced in the slightest if the player has a switch in for Fire moves.
