no prob......Hm Dizzy states a good point....Maybe we should do it to where once they start a region they have to stay there. It'll make things a little more diverse rather than people going after the same ones all the time.

This thread is going to have the same problem as the last thread, you realize.

Only needing to challenge a small percent of the leaders in order to gain the highest status on the board, and a 10:1 gym leader/not gym leader ratio.

Ok then here are the rules, or a new set of rules, Every week you have to report at least 3 battles you had for your badge, if you don't you are disbarred from your gym, that forces gym leaders to come online at some point and we can make it for you to challenge the Elite Four since they are the supreme Elite Four not Elite Four of a specific region you must collect every single badge, then you can challenge the Elite Four if you defeat all four you may challenge the Champion or become the Champion if we don't have one.

Just quota if it doesn't make sense.

Sounds good. I'm taking down notes and hopefully me and E-Lo will come up with something that is reasonable and fair. @.@

Also, there is no Elite 4 yet. That will be established later.

I think everyone just really wants to be a gym leader and is excited of the fact that their are 24 gyms and they might be in it in the future if the thread gets more popular then we'll be glad to have that many gym leaders or else we'd be overwhelmed with challenges, that is if the thread becomes popular, plus how many gym leaders could we have around now, possibly 16-20?

EDIT:On second though 20 is alot but we can't have more than 16.
