first of of all, SCREW YOU I can think whatever the hell I want to think, link is only link if he has his abilities his friends and all his stuff... also naryus lovw isnt an atack... powder keg blows up on impact so link throws powder keg in goron form then rolls off and waits for him to blow up... there see anyone can put a loosing situation against someone else.... theres really no need to call people names, oh yah I forgot link uses song of storms sand becomes useless gara is wet, link uses freezeing arrow on garra, link in a frozzen block of is , link smashes ice and little shards of frozen gara, everywhere... how do you like that...

I don't know...I don't watch Naruto...look it had already been settle a while back that Gaara would win...if you go back quite a few pages. ((Not sure which one)) there is a battle simulation go check that out and you'll see that the guy that was playing as Link that also used Nayru's Love and Song of Storms...agreed with the guy who was playing as the Gaara simulation fighter..THAT "GAARA" would win and he was Zelda fanboy and we brought him over here to side with Gaara a** so this is pretty much over...I have been trying to explain it but you just won't listen. And plus he can manipulate it out of air because he has his gourd on his back and he can place san wherever he chooses..man I know you didn't watch the chuunin exams or Naruto for that matter...he uses teh sand from his gourd to manipulate sand where ever he wishes to go. Oh yeah and my favorite Sand clone jutsu...okay now Link has to hack through loads of clones to find the real Gaara and by the Nayru's love would have worn out so teh Gaara just finishes him off.

I am not a Zelda fanboy. I do not let my favorite sway my interest.

Secondly, if there is rain, then there will be no clones, no sand coffins, and no "desert" anything.

Gaara can create sand anywhere using the sand he already has. Only place this is impossible for him is a large body of water with no land in site. Such as an ocean. Then again Gaara has never been shown near or on an ocean, so that doesn't really make any sense for him to be found there for a fight.

Are you talking to me or him? Because if it's me, I read the manga, I don't watch the show. I can do without "buh-LEEVE it!" Anyway, though, I don't think that he can just make more sand (I might be wrong). If their's already sand in the area, fine, but I don't think he can just snap his fingers and have twice as much sand.

Like Redshadowhero said earlier a song of storms would take out the sand for good.. It would destroy gaara's main tactic of attack. OH and if you come out saying he can summon the shikaku wrong!!! The shikaku is made out of sand! It's pointing out the obvius. Gaara is a good fighter, but Link has been through many trainings. Link would win.

Secondly, I don't vote for my favorite character. If you really want to know, I voted for Gaara, because I've considered that Link would stand a chance, it would just be too much for Link to handle as the fight goes on.

Also, in your argument, you consider Naryu's love and the song of storms separately, which doesn't make sense, as it would be better to use them together.

Also, it doesn't matter what attacks that Gaara uses while Naryu's love is in effect. The very definition of invincible supports me here.

What part of defying the basic nature of the item do you not get? The Magic Cape makes Link able to walk over spikes and become invisible. That's it. He doesn't move through walls, sand, or any other object. JUST. SPIKES.

I've gone through this before, I believe it was with you, you dropped it with me but I guess you're trying to feed it again.

Go to the beach when it's raining, the top layer of sand stays wet, but an inch under that it's cold, but bone dry.

Gaara is smart, as long as the sand under it stays dry it's fine. Using that method he can pass up rain, not with clones as they move freely, but anything which he can keep at a static horizontal level, or any sand which can be brought from under link, is completely fine with rain.
