Look at what your videogames have caused. An innocent man has just lost his life. When will people learn that videogames cause nothing but violence, addiction and sorrow?

.....That kid is a psycho and impatient. Bad parenting, I guess.

But I am still confused about your statement of addiction, sorrow and violence.

Yes "video games" made the father do the stupidest thing in the world and let the firearm be near a four year old. When will people learn?

If Video Games did it, the four year old would have heard "BOOM HEADSHOT" after pulling the trigger....
This is a culture whose rape victims are judicially punished and whose "embarrassments" are publicly stoned to death. It proves nothing.

Gamers these days are all so entitled. First it was demanding a new ending for Mass Effect 3, now it's killing their parents when they don't get their gadgets. Next thing you know they'll be suicide bombers attacking Capcom for canceling MegaMan Legends 3.

I remember hearing about someone in England throwing a brick at JAGex's office when the wild and free trade were announced to be removed.

And I'm surprised that thing about Capcom and MML3 hasn't been attempted yet.

He didnt have the video game so it isnt the PS3's fault. It is the parents fault for letting it go this far.

Bad parenting is to blame...go troll some one else

Several people have died playing or due to games, Documented cases where individuals have been addicted to games non-stop.(think someone with a gambling addiction) and the weeping families over the loss/injury/or addiction of a family member.

It's Saudi Arabia. Every kid has a gun.

Not having the item doesn't mean he wasn't influenced by the gaming device.

We need videogames stopped before it is too late. Their entitlement will only grow and grow. We will soon be in the middle of a war between Activision, EA, capcom, and the gamers in an all out war.

The kid could have wanted anything and killed his father because he was denied the object.

He could have wanted Legos or a plastic model kit and the same outcome could have surfaced. Saying it was a video game's fault is silly.

Or maybe another outcome that didn't involve violence would have happened. You gamers are something else, always trying to say "x" could have happened so "y" isn't responsible with no other evidence of the person's interest is shown is just silly and a desperate attempt to justify your murder machines.

No, my video games are in my room, they caused no one harm. But blaming the video game industry for what a single person did wont solve anything, its like blaming who ever made the gun for the death of this guy, its not their fault, but the parent for being negligent and not safely putting the gun away and for having it loaded.
