First off, has anyone played either of these games? Good or not?

I'm trying to play Ran-Online, but it's giving me troubles. I can sometimes get up to the part where it's transmiting the patch list but it hasn't been able to go past about 30 or 40%. Is this a problem for everyone or is it my computer? It looks like a good game..

I got O2Jam as well, and it's also from E-Games. I'm having a similar problem like with Ran-online....

The website really doesn't want to load, it does it extremely slowly so I'm not having much luck finding out about it on there.
