With each new generation, the Ninitendo properties have kick a**. The Gameboy, the GBA, and the DS have all stomped the competition by being just plain funner. Even with the PSP, which is a fine handheld, Nintendo still pwns.

However, the 3DS is looking like a bust, and hopefully Nintendo didn't put all their eggs in that basket. To make matters more interesting, the Playstation Vita is looking like a hardcore social and gaming platform, and the Xperia Play, while not getting much hype anymore, is really considered a solid platform that taught Sony a lot about gaming in the digital age. Plus, once the Android powered Razer Switchblade comes out, everything could change. Can you imagine? A handheld made by the master crafts of essential gaming equipment. Ballin' blaugh

look Xbox is a win not a fail. Oh it's network never got hacked. Plus it was one of the first consoles to have online multiplayer. The first Xbox controller was crap. But not it has one of the better controllers.

Wow , real nice bitching about a thing people had against sony , if someone had something against microsoft oh wait microsoft has already been hacked , just that nobody made a big thing about it , do your research . and no , PS2 had multiplayer so yeah.

box is still better. The ps3 is crap compared to the Xbox. I cannot think of more then 5 good games for it. Xbox has way more better games for it then the PlayStation.

FF13 (Exclusive outside of the U.S, the 360 version is a port only available in the states. And an inferior one, due to compression)

Ratchet and Clank series for you platforming fans

Listen, i'm an Idort. I own all three current gen consoles, both portable, and a PC. But the statement that PS3 has less good exclusives is just insane. 360, hands down, gets the smallest amount of good exclusives. They only had like, two this year and very few last year as well. Not to mention, a lot of people don't even like the games I would consider to be quality exclusives for the 360, like Alan Wake.

360 is nice and all, but I always recommend people get it last in their collection because it's what you miss out the least on. The best starting line is PS3+PC for maximum exclusives, then a Wii when you get the money, and finally a 360

Plus, we're going to see a huge drop in jrpg support on the 360 now that it pulled it's Japanese support, so even less exclusives.

I agree the PS3 has much better exclusive games. Somebody who says PS3 has s**t exclusives has no idea what they are talking about.

Not to mention the Motion Controller Support is better for FPS games on the PS3.

No justification for my opinion really..
Not a big fan of the xbox since it's really just for shooters. And I indefinitely hate shooters.
Wii is more casual and much harder to get addicted to. Which is a good thing, in my opinion anyway. PS3 has a lot of melee and RPGs, which I prefer much more to something like a FPS.

Btw, WoW I don't like WoW.

Anyways, competitive gaming is where its at. I bet barely any of you have probably step foot in a respectable tournament and got a decent ladder. Therefore, just game to have fun, screw which platform is best.
