Any Old School Gamers Out There?

So I was sitting on my computer, contemplating the good old days of Sierra games. I have tried several times to play the quest for glory series on my newer computers, but to no avail.

Does anyone know how to get the OLD OLD OLD Sierra games to work on new computers?

If not, how awesome were the oldschool Sierra RPG's?

How old school are we talking here? Like the dos games? If so you'd have to run an emulator such as dosbox to run them, most of them wont run on windows 7/vista.
