Turnips spoil if you time travel beyond a week but otherwise, they should be fine. I would not mind if you wanted to turn the clock back to Sunday, buy a bunch, and then sell them all. Re-Tail should stay open for about another three hours and thirty minutes. However, if you are content with selling those few that is fine as well.
