Monster Galaxy: Error 999666999. Cannot load.

After doing a little bit of reading in forums, apparantly I'm banned? I haven't done anything to try and alter your game, in fact I made a ten dollar purchase for this game, around a week before it stopped working. Now I can't play it. Every time I load the game I get the same error message. I'd either like my purchase refunded or this error fixed. I'm pretty upset.

I am having this same error code. I have never even played monster galaxy, I wanted to try but I guess I will have to wait for my chance.
