puzzle pieces not hiding

i posted this in just the Bug Report & Technical Support before i noticed the Games Bugs section. hitting shuffle doesn't work. i tried saving and closing out and then coming back. i thought maybe refreshing would help. i tried signing out and clearing the history and then logging back in to it. the pieces are still missing.

it's the hardest level and i really don't want to lose it all when it's three pieces away from being done. pleeeease help? crying
