Elizabeth-Invalid Target?

I'm not sure if this is really a bug, but a problem I am having. So I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum...

I never got the "A Gaian About Town" quest from Elizabeth, when I was talking to her, and I didn't know about that quest. So I decided to go around town doing quests from other NPCs, and then I found out that they were all a part of the "A Gaian About Town." So can I still do that quest?

I decided to go talk to Elizabeth to get a quest from her, and so I could do the Peelunger's Parade quest, but whenever I even try to talk to Elizabeth, for both quests, she is an Invalid Target. I am unable to go to the sewers again because I cannot talk to her. So I cannot do any of those quests, and the other quests I want to do are too difficult for me to do. Is there a way to resolve it? I've changed servers, tried multiple times, but no avail. So I am a bit confused on what I'm suppose to do now, I think I've messed myself up...

I talked to Elizabeth and she told me about the rings. I do not recall getting the "A Gaian About Town" quest either. I do not see it listed in my PDA log.

My daughter was able to go back into the sewer to do that quest.....However I have not been able to get Elizabeth to talk to me. I have tried different servers for the past few days and she still will not talk to me.

I really would like to do this quest.

I started the A Gaian About Town quest today.. I should talk to Ellie and should do her quest after talking. But she keeps talking as she always does. That means in conclusion that I cannot finish this quest. Moreover, everytime I talk to Elizabeth again to cancel the quest or to get more information she keeps saying some like 'have you finished the quest?'

That's very annoying not being able to finish that quest -_-
