Cards and slots token glitch/Possible fix (check 2'nd post)

ive got the issue of my tokens not showing for cards but they do for slots too..........i really miss blackjack sad

and its accually been like this since january for me so thats 4 months+

I can't remember when or how the problem started.

Whenever I play Cards, the game loads and the table is set. However, a window pops out saying:

'You will need at least one token or win credit to play. You can buy tokens at the booth inside Johnny K. Gambino's Gold Mountain Casino lobby. Go there now.'

I have clicked 'Re-Check' multiple of times before and it still does not reognise the tokens I have in my Inventory. I have 1000+ tokens.
I tried ordering 1 to 100 more tokens and it still does not recognise it even after re-checking, refreshing and re-logging into Gaia.

What should I do to fix this?

I'm using IE7 with plug-ins required to play games in Gaia. I was able to play Cards before this happened.

This is a glitch that a number of people I know have. I was actually coming to these boards in hopes to find some resolve with it-- but I don't see it coming. I miss blackjack. =(

The alternative that I know some of my friends have been doing is using a mule account. It seems that the bug is only isolated to the account, and not your PC or your browser.

So if you truly want to play blackjack *until they do something about this* you can make a mule account and trade your tokens to the mule and then have the mule play and trade the tickets back to you. A big hassle.. but unfortunately the only temp fix I know of.

As for your avatar's appearance. This seems to be the way that not only you see you, but everyone. Avatars no longer load all of the items like they did before. Only few items show up on the head-- and often if you are wearing an item wig or special eyes you will have a bald avatar appear and perhaps no eyes. So, nothing that can be done about that unless they change it. But, if that's not what you mean.. -shrugs- then you might have another totally different problem.

Even my mule account has this glitch believe me i tried it all. and when both are in the game i do have missing eyes, and a partially naked avatar. with hair i had months ago

With as many people that have been effected by this bug, I am more than certain they have to be aware of the issue. However, it might be that they either don't know how to fix the problem, or it has not made its way up the list of priorities. (Or a combination of both.)

So for the meantime.. you might want to consider creating yet another account.
