The only thing that seems to work is to use IE and go to feed your fish. My tank will show up in IE. Then for unknown reasons will show up in my Firefox. Same worked for Chrome as well. But it shouldn't be necessary. And it shouldn't need repeated several times.
They need to fix it!! stressed

Mine has been having the same problem for some time now. I have been using both Firefox and SeaMonkey, updating each whenever they ask me to. Still cannot see it on either. Am a mac user, so even if I were willing to load ie (And I am not) I do not have the virus program installed.

Just a suggestion: Try using someone else's computer?

Updating things didn't help me. I have to keep doing this everythime Gaia seems to do something with aquariums. I'm tired of the 'work-a-round', if you can even call it that. rolleyes

My tank wasn't showing up, so I went to IE loaded it, came back to Firefox and it loaded. Then it worked.

wats IE n i have google chrome not fire fox but i still have the same problem
