In the main characters (and this is crazy hard to choose), I'd say Daenerys, Arya, Tyrion, Renly, Jorah and Theon (show!Theon, mind you).

For supporting characters, Syrio Forell (stillalivestillalivestillalivelalalacanthearyou), Osha, Sam and Ygritte (from what I've seen, I'm not well-read into the ASoIaF-verse).

I did love Drogo, but I didn't know which category to put him in, so there. Drogo.
