Ok, lets put a twist on things. See, some people have paid and have been rolling for a long time.
I gotta be fair to them. At the same time, I want everyone to have a chance, and understand that indeed, the contest is a ripoff. I started it several months ago, and almost everyone was unhappy with it, including myself. However, several people have been rolling every day ever since. Frankly, I've wanted to shut the whole thing down due to embarassment, but it would be unfair to them. I moved the contest over to this thread to help generate traffic, but in truth, I don't know why. I've already lost 14m on THIS thread so idk.

So enough of the apologies, and lets make some new rules that will be fair to everybody.

Closed. Once the store gets back up on it's feet, I will start the Monthly Giveaway again. We had fun doing it and I can't wait to start it up for you again, but for now, no Monthly Giveaway. I left the description up to explain what we do. I'm hoping to start it again next month, but it's too early to tell.

Description:
Each month on the 10th, I give away a sealed envelope.

How does it work?
You will be entered if you bump, say hi, talk, ask a question, whatever.... just POST.... It's up to you.
Actually, I'd prefer it if you DIDN'T bump. Mindless bumping sucks. Sing, talk to people, write poetry, offer riddles, spam your own stores, whatever, it all counts in the raffle, so make some friends while your here. Meanwhile, I'll be in the background figuring up the activity BY PENCIL - doing my best to keep everything STRAIGHT smile

On the 10th, I throw all the data I've collected into a raffle for the envelope. Each post equals one raffle entry. That means, if you post ONCE, you at least will be entered into the giveaway.... but the more you post, the more chances you have to win.

Great feats like "most total bumps" and "longest unbroken bump chain" will get prizes too. If at all possible, I will give away 2nd and 3rd place prizes, too. Keep in mind, I'm not talking about cheap worthless crap. July was the first month for the contest and I gave away about 50k in prizes. I hope I can give away MORE in the future smile


How did this all start?
A little bit ago, I asked my sellers to bump the thread a few times to help me out. The response was SENSATIONAL. My business exploded overnight. In return, I was able to do something nice for the people who took care of me.

That concept evolved into the raffle. It's my way of saying "thank you for your support" because my business wouldn't be as good without YOU!!!!! You have helped out so much. I wish I could do something GREAT for each and every one of you, but at least I can do this. You guys are AWESOME!!!!!
