She's been a tireless champion of Gaian liberty for years now-- swatting down scammers and botters and providing much-needed help for their victims. If you've got any questions about what makes Gaia tick or what it's like on the front lines of the fight against internet ne'er-do-wells, she's a terrific person to ask!

What is the most annoying person/case you've had to deal with?
Do you wake up, drink your coffee, and put on your NO SCAMMER suit and go to work? What color is it? Or do you just weild a BANHAMMER and use it against the ne'er-do-wells? Does it have a materia slot, or is it upgradeable?

Are the people that are reported in towns actually taken care of? I've seen so many walk away, and just change their email addresses. Are you going to change it so that the I.P. addresses are banned instead?

What was the biggest scale of hacking performed by one person that you witnessed? (ie. amount or worth of items/gold stolen, or how many people did they steal from?)

How long does it typically take to go through one hacking report? And how long did the longest case ever take?

How do you stay motivated to keep going through reports coming from people that have been incredibly lax about their account security and making demands of you, despite of the countless warnings throughout the site they must have seen at least a few times?

Was the position you hold at Gaia given/suggested to you, or was it one you applied for? How did you come to work at Gaia in the first place?

Do you ever get a feeling of grim satisfaction when you deal with an obvious hacker and smack the banhammer down on them? Is there a special dance or celebration involved?
