They do not encourage cybering, but they do attempt to force the user off of Gaia and possably reform them by threatening to post the video on Youtube. I do not film, I merely watch the videos and, very rarely, go with a good friend of mine into Towns and watch him/her film the cyber-pricks.

It's funny; I've done most of the steps that need to be taken to scare a noob away. Everytime I run into a cybering noob, I try to scare them away with either:

a) Caps. It gets their attention no matter what they're doing.
b) Scaring them about being reported. Half of the time, they just poof out.
c) Start a random argument until one of the cyberers loses interest and leaves.
d) Yelling that they're cybering. They hate to be exposed.

However, lately I've been encountering noobs with short-term memory. That is, everytime I ask them why were they cybering, they simply say they do not recall such thing even thought it happened 15 seconds ago.
