I would really love to see more avatar backgrounds. There are so few of them and I thinkt hey just add a nice touch to them. Also some more eye variations would be nice like possibly a super uber cute japanese anime eye that takes up most of the head or maybe a nice galaxy express maetal eye with the huge elongated eyelashes that would be super pretty. Also, I think it would be nice if they had more pets for your avatar.

OMG I know what about an S&M item design. A leather leash and collar item that connects to another male or lady friend next to you that be hot. Totally slave domination.

Actually for realz I would love an uke/seme t shirt design. just like a t shirt that says uke and one that says seme that would be soooo cute
