None of the staff members are asking for super secret beta testing of the Gaia Online MMO (Battle)! This is purely an attempt of hackers to get your password. sad Gaia Online Staff will never ask for your password. If someone claims to be inviting you to test the Battle System or promising you that you will gain special access to any feature, or even threatening you, you should report them! Do not give them your password! gonk Even though the message has a Gaia logo and they sound like it's official, if they're asking for your password, it's a scam! whee ALSO: If they are giving you a link and the page looks like Gaia Online, BE CAREFUL! Check the link, does it say "http://www.gaiaonline.com" or "http://gaiaonline.com"? If it doesn't, then it's NOT GAIA THAT YOU ARE SIGNING IN TO. These scammers will gather your password and steal your account along with your hard earned items! Do not let them do that to you! How to Report Private Messages For messages sent through PMs, please use the report button located at the bottom left of the PM. The button looks like this:  Forum threads If someone creates a thread in the forum asking for passwords, please report the thread. The report button is located at the bottom and the button looks like this:  Forum posts If someone posts in a thread asking for passwords, please do not report the thread, but report the post instead.
