first off
i still suck at all these games
BUT
my main issues with this 'event' only like one or 2 of them actually promote any sort of exercise and calling them olympics seems really off to me... i know they are 'rejected' games, but i had assumed that they would be something more athletically based
ykno...to make the youth that are on this site want to go out and not sit at the computer all day figuring out how to get a 10 at wash liam...
games like the crunch ones would have been more abundant, maybe even some games that gave people tips on how to be healthy...
but no... instead we are all sitting about pressing buttons and clicking pixels...
idon't mean to sound like a nag, or a preachy loser...but i had a lot of high hopes that Gaia would support a healthy habit while at the same time boosting traffic for their side of course... with their subscription base you would think they would try to get more positive messages across, but lo' it is the same as most other companies, and they just want you to stare blankly at the screen every so often driving out to Target to get a cash card so that you can walk around towns bragging about how cool you are and making fun of the cyber-ers(i love to make fun o them too...lol)
i really appreciate the amount of work that went into the setup of this and i can understand the hick-ups that they are fixing for the benefit of the players, but i feel like this was a bit of a miss and not truly in the olympic spirit...a lil disappointed i iz...
feel free to flame me..! 4laugh
