Avatar page enhancements
We're currently rolling out improvements to the /avatar/ page. It might break over the next 5-10 minutes but it should fix itself shortly thereafter. Hope you enjoy the new features!

Avatar save fixed

If you were having problems saving your avatar after the last update, please try again. This issue should be fixed now.

This only affected people who had the asynchronous notifications lab feature enabled.

Cash Shop Woes

We've just discovered an annoying problem with the Cash Shop where it will charge you for multiple items but will only grant one of them. We are working on this issue right now and will have a fix out for it ASAP.

If you plan on buying multiple items, please either hold off until we give the all clear or just purchase them one at a time.

If you have already purchased multiple items and did not receive all that you should have, you can file a Billing Inquiry ticket through the Help Center by going here and selecting "Billing Inquiry" from the Subject dropdown. This will get you in contact with the Billing team who can get the missing items to you.

Sorry for the inconvenience and we'll let you know as soon as we get the fix out!

Cash Shop fixed
Purchasing a quantity of items in the CashShop is now fixed. You will only be charged for what you get.

As per the previous DevNotice, if you are missing CashShop items you purchased in-quantity in the past few hours, please file a Billing Inquiry ticket and we will try to get your items to you promptly.

SocialVibe GCash payout

We just fixed a bug with SocialVibe in the Cash Tree. We had a typo in the user id, which prevented a PM from being sent to the user when the offer was completed.

No fear, the GCash was paid out! It was just the PM that never got sent. Also, we had some bad rounding on our end, so you'd receive a different amount than was stated.

Both of these issues have been fixed.

We'll also be adding a log in the future that displays your X most recent GCash payments.
