Okay, I imagine that it can be frustrating when a glitch occurs in the real time application of an event or feature that didn't show up during the numerous pre-launch field tests. I also imagine that the hostility of members once said feature/event has to go down because of the glitch doesn't help much with the frustration levels, especially when the many devoted 'peacekeepers' on the site have tried everything, but still can't seem to placate them. In lieu of all this, you still manage to fix and re-launch these events/features in a timely manner. My guestion to you is(yes I was getting to one):
What do you and your team do to keep morale up while you are having to go in and locate/isolate these glitches so you can get these events/features up again as soon as possible? |
