How do you get your idea's for Gaia's features and what makes you think that the Gaian's will enjoy them? How do you pick what features to make and what features not to make?

I have some questions

Is it hard to come up with events and where do you get the inspiration for them?
What is your funniest experience working with Gaia?
Could we have like a Pokemon Wekk here on Gaia where Pokemon Items are given out on the Daily Chance?

Q#1: Have you ever been flamed to the point of insanity by any certain user? [If so,] how have you dealt with it?
Q#2: As a moderator and an admin (if you progressed from each) how are you paid? (Regular currency, Gaian Gold, Gaian Cash, Items, FOOD??)
Q#3: What are your preferrences with small talk? (As long as it's freindly/Not if it's not important/no preferrence.)

My question: Where do you draw your motivation to stay with Gaia after so many nasty, negative comments and complaints from other Gaians? I'm not referring to general questions.

You used to be really popular and well known among Gaians when this website was smaller; how do you feel knowing that most of the site now asks "who?".

P.S. i have a suggestion for the game: you can un-soulbind items for a gold price, so those CL 10.0 players can get rid of the hundreds of orbs that they cant do anything with...and sell rings that they don't need. xd
