Throughout your time working with gaia what has been your most enjoyable event to work on?

How many weeks of work goes into creating a Gaia event? For an Example, Let's go with Demonbusters or the Rejected Olympics. Those seemed to be the biggest ones so far.

  Last week, siskataya spoke about a person who flamed them while playing zOMG! This got me to start thinking about how the staff members are able to keep such a professional manner when it comes to rude Gaians. My question for you Fleep: Has anyone said something so negative about you personally that you were actually hurt by their words, and if they did hurt you personally- how did you handle the situation? Regarding the same matter, how do you take action now to prevent yourself from taking any further negative comments about you personally? |
