Was it difficult to find the right actors/actresses for the show that portrayed the characters you had in mind? Or did you immediately think of some people when the show was trying to build its cast?

So if Nathan is now Sylar in a shape shifted form with suppressed memories, yet still has Sylar's old powers, how are they going to explain this to Nathan? Such as the ability to absorb the history of objects? It seems like it would be difficult to keep those memories suppressed.
Also my husband brought up a good point, wouldn't he still have "the hunger" even though his memories are suppressed, since he does still hold Sylar's abilities or were these urges able to be suppressed as well?
I am sure these questions will most likely be answered in season four. Can't wait! (Have to wait until it's out on DVD cause we don't have cable)

Why do you come up with ideas and then scrap them in later series? For example we never saw the Earth splitting in half, as predicted in season three's paintings and Hiro's vision of the future. It makes for a very frustrating viewing experience.

I'm a big fan of Heroes, but sometimes (and this applies to alot of TV shows) I feel characters can go through too much and start to become hard for an audience to relate to. I had this problem with Prison Break, 24 and many other shows.

I know Heroes has something of a history of unceremoniously killing off or power-stripping its characters, but do you ever consider ending the Petrelli dynasty and going in a new direction all together? Or will the Petrellis continue to be at the core of the show for the forseeable future?

What happened between season 2 & season 3?
The show totally changed and half the storyline thrown out. I mean there is nothing about the shanti (srry if mispelled) virus or of Peter Petrelli's lover it just kinda got dropped.
And are you going to leave it like that or some how try to bring that part of the story back?
