Sadly I lost my Mom to Diabetes three years ago. I will be spending the day at home with my sweetie whose own Mom is traveling abroad.

And let's not forget the Dad's in the lives of many who may be the only Mom they have ever known.

Well, Mother's Day is always the day we (my mom, me and my little sis.. we drag our dad) have a championship with the horses. But we do buy our mom gifts and on that special day she doesn't have to do anything!! Besides cooking, because I'm horrible at it.... and my little sis too. And my mom's cooking are better than my dad's. haha XD

I must say I love to celebrate Mother's Day. Especially because then I realize there are tons of sons and daughters who have no mother.. but only their dad (who's then extra special off course).

So I say: Happy Mother's Day coming Sunday!! whee

Well my mother's day will start Sunday morning when I'll make both her and my dad breakfast, but since I have to be gone Sunday afternoon and Monday morning for college, I'll just make the second half of Monday mother's day part two and make dinner and probably make some pie ((my mom love coconut creme pie, but I'm really the only one of her children who can make it without extra help)) sweatdrop I'm a poor kid without a job, so I don't really have the money to buy her a gift, but I make extra sure she is happy. I really don't know what I would do without my mom. heart
