Welcome to the Merchandise Forum!

This forum has been created for you to share/discuss your Gaia merchandise with other users. Of course, no forum is complete without rules, so please take a few moments to go over the next few posts.

General Rules of Play
  • Above all, Follow Gaia's Terms of Service.
  • Flaming: We will disagree but make sure your arguments are respectful not in the form of abuse at other users
  • Trolling: Posting something just to anger other users can result in warnings/bans.
  • Spam: Random posts/nonsense are not permitted. If you want to post such things, please do so in the Chatterbox Forum.
  • Page Stretching:Causing the page to scroll excessively horizontally or vertically is not permitted and can result in warnings/bannings against your account. We want users to be able to enjoy their discussions.
  • PG-13: Gaia does not permit explicit/violent/sexual content, as per the Terms of Service. Keep your posts clean!
    Even though The GStore does sell undergarments, Gaia does not permit users to post pictures of themselves in underwear
  • Password Scamming: Asking for/giving out passwords is not permitted. Don't believe anyone who says they need it(not even admins or moderators).


Do's (what goes here)
  • Discussions/pictures about merchandise purchased through the Gstore (plushies, shirts, etc etc)
  • Pictures/discussions of Gaia customized items purchased through QOOP
  • Suggestions for new Gaia Merchandise/QOOP items


Don'ts (what does not go here)
  • Discussions about Monthly Collectibles, past or present
  • Discussions of pixelated/avi equippable items
  • Billing/Shipping and GStore issues. Please fill out a Feedback Form under "Gaia Store Problems" for these things.
  • Suggestions for avi/equippable/Monthly Collectible items. Please direct these inquiries to the Site Feedback Forum
  • Suggestions for Site features (games, cars, etc)
  • Petitions go in the Petitions Forum

How to Report Terms of Service Violations

Reporting is serious. Abuse of the report system can result in your account being banned!

Reporting Posts


  • To the top left of each post you will see the Report this Post button. This button can be used to report individual posts that violate the forum rules or Terms of Service. If you notice one or two posts within a thread breaking the rules, it is best to report the posts, rather than the entire thread.


Reporting Threads


  • To the very bottom left of any thread you can find the Report this Thread button. This button is used to report a thread with a Terms of Service violation within the first post.


PMing Moderators

  • GAIA Merchandise Moderators
    Some issues require immediate moderator attention; these include: users spamming pornography or other disruptive images, bots, scammers, and serial spammers. If you notice any of these activities PM an ONLINE moderator immediately.
  • You may also PM moderators for rules clarifications or general concerns or questions.
