Hey all! xd

We heard and saw (haha) all your suggestions and ideas for the messenger bags. And... (drumroll please) ... we want to design and sell it in our Gaia Store! yay! woot woot! But we need you help.. hehe xp ...describe to us what size/shape of bag, how many pockets, what kind of straps (one shoulder strap or adjustable strap), and what kind of design you guys would like to see...

think bags would ber good but it is up to the developer(thats you) to make it as big as u like i wouldnt mind designs ;like dragons on them and for the ladies flowers and ponys you know girl stuff but boys need something that acually look good with them............ straps i know girls like the 2 strap but boys like 1 strap so we run into conflict you could make 1-2 straps with like 1 pocket per bag but like ummwith like 15 or 20 slots per pocket and i know this is off of discussion but can we get monsters to fight in the future??? biggrin

Alright, some feedback:

• Provide masculine and feminine designs, don't leave us guys left with bags that look like purses and no alternatives!
  
• A variety of colors
  
• Adjustable shoulder strap with a shoulder pad. 3nodding
  
• REALLY strong straps, my current bag's strap ripped off after only a couple days and I had to tie it. sad
  
• Add some cushioning on the back of the bag, where it may lay against your hip.
  
• A handle! Sometimes you just gotta grab the back on the way, no time to fiddle with the strap!
  
• A buckle or Velcro to keep the flap of the bag closed
  
• Zippers to keep pockets closed... even with the flap, some tossing around can cause stuff to fly out
  
• Make it usable for school! Meaning, add pockets for pens/pencils, little stuff, and plenty of room for notebooks/books/laptop. biggrin
  
• Add a water bottle pouch to one of the sides
  
• Include a small pocket on the outside that we can throw change in smile
  
• Also, add a pocket for a CD/MP3 player, with a little hole for the headphones cord. 3nodding Extra brownie points if the bag comes with hookups and controls on the strap.
  
• A keychain hooker-upper-thinger!
  
• Include some surprises, like a couple Gaia pencils and maybe some Gaia pins like the ones that used to be for sale. razz Those kinds of things would be just plain nice. ^_^
  
• Maybe a pocket for our plushies, so their head can stick out? Cuuuute, for those who want it.

Sweet! I am very anxious to see these bags in the shop. =) I like the ideas that SykoSilver mentioned previously. The ability to choose the theme and what color of the bag you want would be a very nice addition. The size is extremely important to me because I am a college student and need a big bag to haul all my stuff around. Also, the strong strap supports are imperative with all that stuff you have to lug around. All of the extra goodies like the MP3 player pocket would be an added bonus. Just my two cents. =)

i'm not really intending on buying any bags sweatdrop but.... i'll just post to see whats up. but i think a regular bag with chrome paint cool will look cool and with mp3 pockets mrgreen

I want to add, though, that I hate bags that are made of stiff, thick materials. I'd like to see a more flexible bag. 3nodding

Also, I don't think the Gaia logo should be OMGHUGEANDRIGHTTHERE, so that should someone not play Gaia anymore, they can still use the bag. -shrugs- Also it would be a way to avoid stupid questions.

I especially would like to see a keychain hooker-upper thinger, possibly so that you could also attach cell phone straps? (I love the straps they have at strapya-world).

It would also be great if one of the pockets just so happened to be the perfect size for a DS Lite. I love my DS so much that I even named it. Hyuu~

Really good additions. Messenger bags made out of that thick, canvas-plastic type material are yuck.

++ DS lite pocket (maybe a PSP-sized one, if people even play that anymore.)

Can messenger bags have pockets for a 20-oz. soda or water bottle? Hmm ...

I think the bag should have a really adjustable strap, because some people are short. I'm VERY short; around 4'8" or 4'11" or so.. Yeah, I'm short.
[I'm thirteen, what do you expect?]
And as pxmpkin said, the bag is flexible, and the logo should be relatively small so some stupid questions are avoided.
