The location is:
San Jose McEnery Convention Center
150 W. San Carlos St., San Jose, CA 95113
(between Almaden Boulevard and Market Street)

To register, just click on the ticket on the right and you'll know what to do from there.
If I'm correct, the badges online are currently $55.
If you can't buy it online, you can
go to the Convention Center DURING Fanime. Simply look for a long line on the bottom floor or ask someone if you don't know where it is.
If you plan to get it during Fanime, I suggest you bring something to entertain yourself
because you'll be waiting in line for a while. Go early if you don't like waiting forever.
You MUST have a badge to be able to go inside for the panels and etc.
