The first and only anime convention I have been to was Otakon ((I hope to go back this summer))...And I tell you I was overwhelmed by all the stuff happening there!! I bought so much stuff in the dealer room my Luffy wallet is still crying! I even bought said Luffy wallet at Otakon.

But it is true, you do meet a lot of nice people there. I befriend this one girl and she introduced me to her friends. Then we separated to do our own things. About 30 min later I sit at a table and am relaxing and this girl with cat ears comes up and ask if she could have a seat((all the other tables were full)). In 5 seconds flat she and I were talking about our fave series, pairings, and our art.

So yeah if anyone who hasn't gone to a convention yet and is thinking about it, trust me. It will be one of the most best and funnest choices you will ever make~!!!!!

But this is definitely a good guide, and I wished I had found and read this before I went to Otakon. Continue with the good work~!!
