i LOVE winter so i love this it is so cool! and i love that if you click on the snowman it takes you to the market-place items search of "Snow" so cute! i love it gaia! great idea!

I like the idea of having a different footer theme, although I couldn't see the snowman in mine either ^^;;. I wouldn't really use it though because I keep it collapsed.

This becomes severely agitating after awhile due to the size of the snowman, if it were to be just snow, i would LOVE it.

If the footer was useful to begin with, this feature would be awesome!
I think we need this for the top banner, not with event themes as we already have, but with optional pretty and shiny banners.
I changed my footer as well to this new option but... it's always hidden since it's pretty much useless and annoying.

cool footers would be nice, but nothing that stands out so far. just get rid of the snowman and it would be cool.

I like it! but,
a) the snowman sticks up too far, and it just makes it really weird
b) it contrasts with the flower thing you have at the bottom, I don't know if thats just for the centered thing, but it looks really weird to have flowers and then snow. Pick a season, and stick to it don't throw both at us.

I really think that if you removed the snowman it would be a lot better and I like the concept of the themed footer..it just needs some more tweeking thats all =D

I love the idea of a seasonally/event themed footer, but as most have said, the snowman needs to change. I like the idea that it links you to the marketplace, but it would be more convenient if a person could type in a search of what they wanted to find. Maybe this snowman, (or whatever it may change too), could bring up a search text box? Just a thought. smile

Love the snowman; don't love the fact that it sticks out so much. But it's very cute! And I like the fact that when you click on it, it brings up winter items in the marketplace.

Maybe you could put the snowman, in a smaller size, on the side of the bottom panel, and if you click it, it gets bigger... not sure. :
