I have the formula for the philosopher's cache and i have at least 50 of all the flowers

why is it saying my formula is not ready and is only 84% through to be ready?

Maybe refresh the page if you just collected everything. Or look for the base items. Sometimes I forget to check that and find I'm out something simple like pancakes.
