Where do you get toggles?

I've never seen them in any store. Can you get them through zOMG! or anything? Or what?

You can get them in the Daily chance or Enki's catch. Enki's catch is a random item generator, though. Otherwise check the market.

I got one from goldfish drop thingy, it was like one in 30 though so it might be a bit rare on that part but way cheaper than the marketplace
