how or where can i get these items to finish my formula?

Well, depends on your formula.
But to make a long story short, you can get components from:
Dumpster Dive, zOMG, Daily Chance, Giftboxes, Enki Tanks, and Bid Blast.

I get most of my components from Daily Chance.

Many newer components are coming from Philosopher's Cache.

The post above is correct as well, although those are the ones that are becoming more affordable...if you can even say that.
