Pancake Top Hat is VERY cheap, though it takes a while to manually buy all of the components. I think it's level 2?

You can always view another person's collected Achievements by either clicking on their Achievement Point total displayed under their avatar, or just selecting "Achievements" from the dropdown menu if they aren't displaying their point total. So yes, Wild_adnan is still level 1.

For level one, I would suggest Cephalopodian Artifact or Dragon's Blood . All items come from caches, so they won't be super expensive. Also, the crafted item can be sold for good money.
