They updated the "main" philosopher cache .... now the main one breaks down into several PC's with different colors/gemstone names and each has a group of specific kinds of components in it. From that group of items you can choose which one you want smile . The changes were made a few weeks ago.

It's also worth noting that, ever since the Caches were changed, all components that can be found in Golden Giftboxes can also be found in Caches.

The backwings should be complete, as I updated them yesterday.
And yeah, I don't bother with the event-components, they tend to come up only once and would clutter up fast.
