I was really curious if anyone knew. I got it from the Daily Chance, and it sells for a decent amount, but I can't find anything on what it does or what item it can make. D8 I'm pitifully new to alchemy.

It's used in Quest formulas to make backwings. I suggest you sell it, however, since Quest formulas are nearly impossible to find and complete.
