i would give up after 50 -w-; (i am a very lazy bum)
i think everyone has found most (if not all) of the formulas by now
so as long as the current 210 posts fit them all
it should be fine XD
i will be looking into this thread occasionally to see how much you've added!

Is a long road and expensive, but not as hard as others have made it out to be if you concentrate on gaining XP rather than crafting what you'd like to keep.

Summary from my alchemy shop thread:

Time from Level 1 to Level 10:
4-1/2 months (Sept. 17, 2011 to Jan. 29, 2012)

Total cost of formulas crafted for self and others:
67,467,509

Income from selling the items crafted:
19,615,299

Net cost of crafting formulas:
47,852,210

Additional income from Orb Aggregates, Golden Magical Giftboxes, Philosopher's Caches:
4,739,900

Final net cost to Level 10:
43,112,310

And the formulas used are listed in the first post. But they may not be as good as other formulas right now, because component costs change so very quickly.

But a 43 million investment instead of hundreds of millions? I may have managed it more cheaply than anyone else. ^_^

If I were doing it right now, I'd craft a lot more Caches for components and for profit, that's for sure.

It's still not easy and the balancing of components and formulas and costs is totally screwed up, both by Gaia's carelessness (I won't quite say "stupidity" but they sure didn't think things through) and user greed.

But I'll also say I could never NEVER have done it without the guides made by you and Vampym and Milky Mint and others. I would have been snarling and screaming and crying with frustration before I ever got out of Level 1! So let me know if there's anything I can do to help, okay? ^_^ heart

yeah, making them seems to be a bit easier.. and i think everyone agrees that the whole thing is completely unbalanced. there was hope with the Lite Fishes, but that seems to have been a major letdown..
