Some of my items in my inventory are glittering?

So I haven't been on gaia in 4 years, I know I'm that bored. I'm in college now -___-
I went to my inventory and I noticed that some of my items were glittering different colors. What gives?

I went to my inventory and I noticed that some of my items were glittering different colors. What gives?

It's this thing implemented a while ago for "premium" items to help distinguish them from "regular" items.
It's sorta pointless.
There's an option to turn it on and off in account settings.
