Where can I get a MANtis Sr. formula and a Pora Ice formula? Also, is there a guide or site where I can look up where other formulas are found in?

formulas are located in the following items

Enki's catch dropped from Enki in booty grab

Bifrost the alchemy store

goldengift boxes can be made from trash and the formula is sold at Bifrost

pinkgift boxes from booty grab grunny subs drop these

and all the rest [really the most] are found in the alchemists's case which can also be made from trash and the formulas is sold at Bifrost

the 2 you want are in the alchemist's case.

I think there was a thread but not sure but most of the formulas are in the alchemist's case so it is a good chance what you are looking for is there
