Level 3 Alchemy help?

I just recently reach level 3 in alchemy, and I want to know which formulas I can craft which don't require a lot of ingredients, or which have cheap ingredients. Can anyone help me reach level 4?

at lv 3 lv 2 will still give you xp even though it is less xp so you can make tsunami ko shirts of various colors all it takes is one sharks blood found in the emerald cache and some inks and a classic ko shirt sold in one of the gold shops other then that you can make any of the following

lv3 mint sundae sweets [note: can get expensive since the formula is hard to come by and it takes alot aggregate orbs]
lv 3 fausto's bottle
lv 3 sundae's treat
