Depends on the ingredients?
Some come from current shops, some from past shops.
Some are farmable from zOMG, Towns, Fishing, Games, etc.
Some are given in Daily Chance.
Some can be found in the Lite Fish Drops, Enki's Catch, giftboxes, or Philosopher's Cache bags.
