emotion_bigheart it does come from the fortune egg, but there was a very limited amount of them, i guess gaia re-released them to allow more people to have them however, if you still do create it, it will still be soulbound to you

it comes from a few places and yes one of them is alchemy it is a lv 6 formula if you have no Idea how much it should be why not post it as a higher price for a couple days and if it doesn't sell lower a little until it sells.
