Bug/Problem: Level 3 alchemy skill not showing experience???

I just noticed that, although I've completed a few formulas since I achieved level 3, my experience bar shows 0. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, or if I should post this in the bug forum???

When you reach level 3, level 1 formulas no longer give experience. Which is why many of us are still stuck at level 3. (since the components for the higher formulas are expensive or just difficult to find)

you can gain experience from formulas your level and one below yours.
