The rig formulas from the cash shop always takes fail items from the rig you are making .It really isn't worth making unless you already have abunch of that item laying around. If you want lv up it is better to make either agrregate orbs, philosopher's cache, golden giftbox, alchemist's case, or giant lollipop all can be puchased at Bifrost except lollipop which is found in enki's cath dropped by enki in booty grab.
