You can't have more than one nationality. Nationality is basically your citizenship and where you are born. I doubt you have citizenship in Russia, the Ukraine, Poland, and Germany (and it's impossible to have citizenship in more than one country with the exception of countries that allow dual citizenship). Ethnicity is the word you're looking for.
