I've been having french classes at school for like 2 years already...I'm not that bad...buuut I still do mistakes and I do have some ambitions and I hate making mistakes and kinda try to be perfect...It's not so hard to write French...but I think, I find it rather hard to listen and/or talk French...Maybe, I'm just not really paying too much attention and just concentrating in the fact that my teacher says it so quick and I don't really understand it...e_e...
...but yeah...any friend who'd be able to chat with me in French? =D
Et quand les mots sortent mal et tout le monde rit ou est confus, CEUX sont précisément les moments qui t'aident à améliorer et te souvenir des fautes que tu as faites, et comment le dire correctement la prochaine fois.
C'est comme ça que j'ai appris le français (et continue de l'apprendre, puisque même si actuellement je le parle presque couramment, le processus d'apprentissage ne se termine jamais). Je dis tout et n'importe quoi, et finalement ça commence à avoir plus de sens.
The best advice I can give is to try your hardest to MAKE MISTAKES, rather than trying to avoid them. In my experience, the best way to learn a language is to just blunder on ahead and try to say things, without worrying if it's wrong.
And when things do come out wrong and everyone gets confused or laughs, THOSE are precisely the moments that help you improve and remember the mistakes you made, and how to say it right the next time.
That's how I learned French (and continue to learn it, since even though I'm pretty near fluent now, the learning process never really ends). I just say anything and everything, and eventually it makes more and more sense.
