It's my second year of Japanese and I need more help than what I've been getting. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to study with me?

Here are a few things I am looking for specifically.
You've taken two years of Japanese or more.
You're on frequently (sometimes I need help with homework x_x).
You have YIM, MSN, or AIM.

I'd be willing to give away gold for this, but I'd prefer it if it was more of a buddy thing. I'd like to practice my Japanese more.

I've been doing Japanese for about 6 years now...
I also have AIM.
